The units can comfortably accommodate 4 people each, all year round, with four seasons of operation. Each unit can be transported independently and, if necessary, immediately moved to another site, installed, put into use and put to work. The units are available for inspection on the site of the manufacturing plant and have not been in use until now. The units are fully furnished, with furniture, mechanical equipment, included in the package per unit, and are designed in such a way that each unit's utility consumption can be metered separately. Company and other data available in connection with the sale of the project are available to interested parties in an electronic data room, subject to the signing of a confidentiality agreement, and technical inspection of the equipment is possible at the factory site at an agreed time. The seller does not provide post sale, installation or other services, the warranty of the manufacturing plant is transferred-assigned.
